The primery activity was toolroom with secondary function to manufacture press components. Our md mr. U. R. Muzumdar was a vice precedent of victor gasket perfect circle ltd of anand group. By 1989 the component manufacturing activity was established and substantially expaned and we felt the necessity to established a separate units. \r\n\r\nThus nashik autotech pvt ltd. Was commissiond to manufacture sheet metal parts. After that we have integrated the toolroom facility with shobha machines pvt ltd. At the same time we are introduce vmc with 24 tool attachment machine. We have also added cad/cam facility with total integrated design facility we have a dnc system to trasfer the progres to vmc & wire cut. In addition we have well equipped gauge room where we have cmm height master & profile projector. All on line checking gauges were calibraed at regular frequency. \r\nour other salient futures:\r\n1) the toatl constructed area of 15000 sq. Ft\r\n2) total personal strength is 100 of which 15 are engineering gradutes or diploma holder\r\n3) standards room with profile projector cmm & height master. \r\n4) we have installed safety units on all power press\r\n5) incomming material testing at accredited laboratory. \r\n6) line inspection at each machine at hourly basis. \r\n7) cp/cpk\r\n8) layout inspection\r\n9) in house rejection of through put is less than 1500 ppm\r\n10) customer rejection is below 100 ppm\r\n11) erp\r\n12) vpn within group. \r\n13) electronic data transfer between customer & supplier. \r\n14) method of traceability from rm stage to dispatch maintain for all components
